Blueprint Processing is a licensed third-party loan processing company. We handle the full file — from submission to clear-to-close — so your team can focus on originating.
Passion. Experience. Diligence.
Built for Loan Officers, by a Loan Officer.
We move fast because we are organized, not because we cut corners. Our files go to underwriting ready the first time.
You will never have to wonder where your file is. We send updates at every milestone and respond to every inquiry in a timely manner.
We know this business. We are here to support yours — with humility, professionalism, and genuine care for the outcome.
From standard conventional files to complex specialty products — we have the training and experience to get your deals to the closing table.

Every file is priced by product complexity — not your volume, not your company size. You always know the cost before the file is opened.
Rush Fee: +$200 applied to any file with a closing date of 20 days or less from submission.
All fees collected at funding. No retainers. No minimum file commitments.
Our process is designed to keep your pipeline moving and your borrowers informed every step of the way.
Send us the loan file and we will review it for completeness and get back to you quickly to make sure we are aligned.
We set up the loan file, organize documentation, and work on getting it submitted to the lender in clean, complete order.
We chase conditions, coordinate with third parties, review disclosures, and keep the lender timeline on track throughout underwriting.
We confirm final conditions are cleared, coordinate closing instructions, and verify the file is ready for the closing table.
We're not a call center with a processor pool. We're a specialized, licensed processing partner built for the broker channel.
Blueprint is a licensed mortgage processing company operating under active state licenses. We operate only where we are licensed — so you can refer files with confidence that compliance is covered.
We are trained and experienced in processing Non-QM loans — including DSCR, Bank Statement, renovation, and other specialized borrower files that require a higher level of product knowledge.
We understand broker timelines. Files are reviewed promptly upon submission. Conditions are chased proactively — you won't be hunting us down for updates.
Our fee is borrower-paid and collected at funding. No retainers, no monthly minimums, no upfront costs to you. If the file doesn't fund, you don't pay. Simple.
We operate out of Arive and lender portals, plus our own internal system to keep timelines, files, and communication organized. Don't see your system? Just ask.
Blueprint is founder-led. When you partner with Blueprint, you're working directly with the person who built it. Every processor on our team goes through "The Blueprint Way" training to ensure the same standard of care on every file.
Blueprint is currently licensed and accepting files in Virginia, with Texas pending and additional state licenses in progress.

Tell us a little about your business and we'll reach out to discuss how Blueprint can support your pipeline.
Blueprint Processing was not built by someone who studied the mortgage process from the outside. It was built by someone who lived it as a loan officer — working in the broker channel, building pipelines, and relying on processors as a critical part of the team to get deals to the closing table.
And like some loan officers, the struggle was real. Finding a processor who was reliable, communicative, and actually understood the products you were working with was harder than it should have been.
That experience gave our founder a clear understanding of exactly what loan officers need, what frustrates them, and what a great processing partnership actually looks like from your side.
So she stopped looking for the right processor — and built one.
